All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our haircare products and hygiene standards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tampered products.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@ with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement, store credit, or refund if approved.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer available.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout, or packages marked as delivered by the shipping provider.
